What data do we use?

Name, email address, phone number and address to carry out your booking. During online check-in we also ask, as legally required for the guest register (Dutch Criminal Code, art. 438), for the main guest's name and city of residence and the type of ID document you will bring (never a copy or number).

Why and for how long?

Only for your stay, payment and our administration. Guest-register data is automatically deleted 365 days after your departure; other data is kept as long as the law requires for our bookkeeping.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data via the contact address.
